Delivery Times? – 2-5 working days

Deliveries from the US will take between 3-4 weeks

Orders are picked and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders are boxed with bubble wrap and packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Changing My Order? – If your order is in our warehouse, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Canceling My Order? – As we operate on a Pre-Order/Special Order system, we cannot offer cancellations on the majority of our products once the item has been ordered with our suppliers.

Pre-Orders that were reserved via a deposit can be cancelled but the deposit is non-refundable.

Orders can be cancelled it the item is damaged, defective or is lost in the post.

Returns

Returning My Item? – Items that are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned.

Saturday – 9am-12pm

Sunday – Closed

Pre-Orders

How Do Pre-Orders Work? – Pre-Order items can be paid for via the following methods:

Payment of the full amount

An initial deposit amount and then the remaining amount when in stock

Monthly installments.

Once payment via one of the three methods above is made, we will reserve a copy of the item for you.

Pre-Order Deposit Amount? – A 20% none refundable deposit is required.

Pre-Order Deposit Refundable? – All Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable due to non cancellation policies attached to the items by our suppliers once an order has been placed with them.

Can I Cancel My Pre-Order? – Yes you can cancel your pre-order anytime via your account but the deposit is non-refundable.

Estimated Time of Arrival? – The ETA’s on our Pre-Order/Special Order items are set by either our supplier or the manufacturer. We have found that any ETA’s provided are almost always met but sometimes these can change and is out of our control.

Authentic Product Guarantee

We only purchase Authentic Products to promote to our customers and we will never sell fake products as being collectors ourselves we know how important it is to purchase only authentic products.
